Marriage Beyond the Wedding uses account information to provide lesson access and verify payments.
Sign-in and account access
Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. We receive an account identifier and email, and may receive a display name. We do not receive your password. Password recovery is handled by your sign-in provider.
Payment records and paid lesson access are checked on the server against your signed-in account. Other clients cannot access your records through their accounts.
What we store and who can see it
When you sign in, we store your account identifier, email, available display name and first sign-in date so the administrator can identify the correct account for lesson access. Complimentary access records include the account identifier, access status and the administrator and dates of granting or revoking access. Complimentary recipients cannot see other clients’ information.
When you submit payment details, we store your account identifier, email, name, paying phone number, transaction reference or confirmation message, lesson selection, payment status and review dates. These records support payment verification, lesson access and receipts.
Joseph Mwila Snr and authorised site administrators may review payment information for administration and support. This service is not anonymous. Technical service providers process data needed to host and operate the site.
The written AI assistant is not active. This site currently does not collect or store assistant conversations. Contacting Joseph through WhatsApp or email uses those separate services and their privacy practices.
Your choices
For a request to access, correct or delete your stored information, email marriagebeyondwedding@gmail.com. Requests will require identity verification. Some payment records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute resolution; Joseph will explain any applicable limits.
Never submit a mobile-money PIN, password, or unnecessary sensitive information. Sign out on shared devices.
